It is the intention of this deed to convey the one-half (1/2) interest held by the
Estate of Irving I. Levin. After this conveyance~Mg~ne-half (1/2) interest will be
in the grantees herein with Jody Levin having an undivided two-thirds (2/3rds)
interest and Ellen Wiederlight having an undivided one-third (1/3) interest thereof
with the other one-half (1/2) interest remaining in Jack Levin by virtue of deed

TOGETHER with all right, title and interest, if any, of the party of the first part in and to any streets and
roads abutting the above described premises to the center lines thereof; TOGETHER with the appurtenances,
and also all the estate which the said decedent had at the time of decedent's death in said
