Mary S. McMahon died on July I, 1987 at St. Francis Hospital, Roslyn, County of Nassau, State of New York, and
was married to and residing with her husband at the time et'her death. William J. McMakon was the surviving
spouse. William J. McMahon never remarried and died on April 10, 2003 at Flushing Hospital, Counly of Queens,
State of New York. His Last Will and Testament ,/,,as admitted to probate by the Surrosete's Court, County of
Queens, State of New York, File no. 2825/'2003, and Letters Testamentary were issued'to William McMaho~ and
Robert Mclviahon, the sons of'the decedent on AuBust I2, 2003.

the astele which the said decedent had at the time of decedents death in said premises, and also the estate
therein, which the party of the first part has or has power to convey or dispose of, whether individually, or by virtue
