I was instructed to append this letter to the form. The leaders and gutters that will direct the nm-off from the roof of the room I am adding are not shown on the plans I am submitting, because they are not part of the work the primary contractor is doing. Thus, I will be engaging the services of an installer myself to do the leaders and gutters that will carry the roof mn-off away from the house. From this point, it will not flow offmy property. My yard is flat, and there will be no changes of grade involved in the construction.
