A. Wasson and Mr. Robert Rogers, which said lot is more particularly bounded and described as follows: BEGINNING at 's point on the Southerly side of Peconic Bay Boulevard where the same is intersected by the Easterly boundary of the land formerly of Wm. A. Wasson (being his cottage properties) ; running thence North 41° 10' East along the Southerly side of said Boulevard 99.58 feet to land formerly of Robert Rogers; running thence along the same South 26' 12' 30" East 320.34 feet to the bulkhead at the highwater mark of Great Peconic Bay; running thence along the Southerly face of the said bulkhead and along the highwater mark of the said Bay South 43° 18' 40" West 102.45 feet; running thence along the aforesaid lands of Reverend Will. A. Wasson North 25' 28' 30" West 317.90 feet to the Southerly side of Peconic Bay Boulevard at the point or place of BEGINNING. BEING AND INTENDED TO BE the same premises as conveyed by deed dated December 11, 1947 and recorded in the Suffolk County Clerk's Office on TAX MAP December 15, 1947 in Liber 2784 page 451.
