residing at 1225 Mason Drive, Cutchogue, New York, 11935
party of the first part, and
J. MEREDITH KRUG, residing at 239 Kensington Road, Garden City, New York, 11530
party of the second part,
WITNESSETH, that the party of the first part, in consideration of Ten Dollars and other valuable
consideration paid by the party of the second part, does hereby grant and release unto the party of
the second part, the heirs or successors and assigns of the party of the second part forever,
ALL THAT TRACT or parcel of land, situate at Peconic, near Nassau Point, Southold Town,
Suffolk County, New York,.bounded and described as follows:
BEGINNING at a stake set on the northerly line of Mason Drive, 150.68 feet southwesterly
along said northerly line from its intersection with the westerly line of Broadwaters Drive,
being the southwesterly corner of land of John T. Whalen and wife; and
RUNNING along said northerly line of Mason Drive, South 72 degrees 24 minutes 30 seconds
West, 75.34 feet to a stake;
THENCE along land of William H. Mason and Harry E. Mason, 2 courses as follows:
(1) North 12 degrees 08 minutes 10 seconds West 167.60 feet to a stake; thence
(2) North 75 degrees 46 minutes 00 seconds East 75.05 feet to a stake and land of John T.
Whalen and wife; thence along said land of John T. Whalen and wife, South 12 degrees 08
minutes 10 seconds East, 163.19 feet to the point or place of BEGINNING.
BEING AND INTENDED TO BE the same premises conveyed to the party of the first part by
deed dated May 12, 1954 recorded in the Office of the Clerk of the County of Suffolk on May
12, 1954 in Liber 3692 page 469
TOGETHER with all right, title and interest, if any, of the party of the first part in and to any
streets and roads.abutting the above described premises to the center lines thereof; TOGETHER
with the appurtenances and all the estate and rights of the party of the first part in and to said
