UPON the death of the life tenant, in the event the remaindermen
wish to sell the real property, which is the subject of this deed,
then and in that event STEPHEN J. AMiAGA and AMELIA T. JEALOUS-
DANK shall have a right of first refusal to purchase, which is
more particularly set forth in an Agreement made this 22ndday of
