paid by the party of the second part, does hereby grant and release unto the party of the second part, the heirs
or successors and assigns of the party of the second part forever,

BEING AND INTENDED TO BE the same premises conveyed to the party of the first
part by deed dated 8/24/00 and recorded 9/19/00 in Liber 12071 at page 980.
The above conveyance was made in the regular course of business of the party
of the first part.
The above conveyance was made with the unanimous consent in writing of all the
shareholders of the party of the first part.
TOGETHER with all right, title and interest, if any, of the party of the first part in and to auy streots and
roads abutting the above described premises to the center lines thereof; TOGETHER wkh the appurtenances
and all the estate and rights of the party of the first part in and to said premises; TO HAVE AND TO
HOLD the premises herein granted unto the party of the second part, the heirs or successors and assigns of
the party of the second part forever.
AND the party of the first part covenants that the party of the first part has not done or suffered anything
whereby the said premises have been encumbered in any way whatever, except as aforesaid.
AND the party of the first part, in compliance with Section 13 of the Lien Law, covenants that the party of
the first part will receive the consideration for this conveyance and will hold the right to receive such consid-
eration as a trust fund to be applied first for the purpose of paying the cost of the improvement and will apply
the same first to the payment of the cost of the improvement before using any part of the total of the same for
any other purpose.
The xvord "party" shall be construed as if it read "parties" whenever the sense of this indenture so requires.

SCHEDULE "A" DESCEIPTION
ALL that certain plot, piece or parcel of land, situate, lying, and being at
Southold, County of Suffolk and State of New York, known and designated as
Lot 16 on a certain Map entitled, "Map of Angel Shores", filed in the Office of
the Clerk of the County of Suffolk on 8123195 as Map Number 9729, said Lot
when taken together is more particularly bounded and described as follows:
BEGINNING at a point on the easterly side of Pavilion Court distant 128.79 feet
southerly from the extreme southerly end of the arc of a curve connecting the
southerly side of Water Terrace with the easterly side of Pavilion Court;
THENCE North 76 degrees 10 minutes 15 seconds East 237.63 feet;
