BEGINNING at a point at the southwesterly corner of the premises r
herein described at the intersection of the easterly line of a
50 foot right of way, running from Main Bay View Road to Little
Peconic Bay, further hereinafter described, and the northerly line
of a 50 foot right of- way running in an easterly direction from said
first mentioned right of way said point being distant southerly the

BEGING at a point at the northwesterly corner of the premises
herein described at the intersection of the easterly Line of a 50 foot
right of way, running from Main Bay View Road to Little Peconic Bays
further hereinafter described, and the southerly line of a 50 foot
right of way running in an easterly direction from said first mentioned
right of way said paint being distant southerly the following three
(3) courses and distances when measured along the easterly line of

THENCE North 35 degrees 02 minutes 40 seconds east along the
easterly line of the first above mentioned 50 foot right of way,
185.00 feet to the point or place of BEGINNING.

mentioned for access between said premises and Bay View Road and for

entirety'- The said Raphael Spano died a resident of the City of
Middletown, County of Orange, State of New York on the 12th day of
October, 1963.
