Diller and others: RUNNING THENCE a long said land of John J. Diller and others, North 75 degrees, 12 minutes, 30 seconds East 200.76 feet to a concrete monument and land of Lehr; THENCE along land ofsaid Lehr and parallel to said line of south Harbor Road, South 9 degrees, 35 minutes, 0 sec.onds East 150.12 feet to a concrete monument and land of said Lchr'. THENCE along last mentioned land, South 78 degrees, 56 minutes, 10 seconds West 200 feet to a concrete monument set on said Easterly line of South Harbor Road; THENCE along said easterly line of South Harbor Road, North 9 degrees, 35 minutes, 0 seconds West 137.10 feet to the point or place of BEGINNING. TOGETHER with all right, title and interest, if any, of the party ofthe first part in and to any streets and roads abutting the above described premises to the center lines thereof.
