the second part, the heirs or successors and assigns of the party of thc second part forever,

situate, lying and being at Southold in the Town of Southold, County of Suffolk and State of New York, bounded
and described ss follows:
BEGINNING at a concrete monument set on the easterly line of South Harbor Road at the Northwesterly corner
of the premises herein described, being the ..~uthwesterly corner of l~nd of John J. Diller and others:
RUNNING THENCE a long said land of John J. Diller and others, North 75 degrees, 12 minutes, 30 seconds
East 200.76 feet to a concrete monument and land of Lehr;
THENCE along land ofsaid Lehr and parallel to said line of south Harbor Road, South 9 degrees, 35 minutes, 0
sec.onds East 150.12 feet to a concrete monument and land of said Lchr'.
THENCE along last mentioned land, South 78 degrees, 56 minutes, 10 seconds West 200 feet to a concrete
monument set on said Easterly line of South Harbor Road;
THENCE along said easterly line of South Harbor Road, North 9 degrees, 35 minutes, 0 seconds West 137.10
feet to the point or place of BEGINNING.
TOGETHER with all right, title and interest, if any, of the party ofthe first part in and to any streets and
roads abutting the above described premises to the center lines thereof.
TOGETHER with thc appurtenances and all the estate and rights of the party of the first part in and to
said premises~
TO HA VE AND TO HOLD the premises herein granted unto the party of the second pan, the heirs or
successors and assigns of the party of thc second pan forever.

of the first pan will receive the consideration for this conveyance and will hold the right to receivc such
