filed ia the Office of the Clerk of the County of Suffolk on duly 14, 1964 as Map No. 4096.

BEING ANt) INTENDEI) TO BE the same premises conveyed to William ilazen and Margaret K.
Hazen, his wife, both deceased, by deed dated i}ecember 29, 1989 recorded in the Office of the Clerk of
the Counly of Suffolk on January 19, 1990 in Liber 11002 Page 567.

appurtenances, and also all the estate which the said decedent had at thc time of the decedent's death in said
