westerly from the corner formed by the intersection of the southerly side of
Sterling Road with the westerly side of Pine Tree Road; running
THENCE south 4 degrees 07 minutes 00 seconds east 200.00 feet;
THENCE south 85 degrees 46 minutes 00 west 100.00 feet;
THENCE north 4 degrees 07 minutes 00 seconds west 200.00 feet to a point on the
southerly side of Sterling Road;
THENCE north 85 degrees 46 minutes 00 seconds east along the southerly side
of Sterling Road 100.00 feet to the point or place of BEGINNING.
