WITNESSETH, that the party of the first part, in consideration of ten dollars and other valuable consideration
paid by the party of the second part, does hereby grant and release unto the party of the second part, the heirs
or successors and assigns of the party of the second part forever,
ALL that certain plot,at
or parcel of land, with the buildings and improvements thereon erected, situate,
lying and beingfFtt�ft at Bayview, in the Town of Sout%old, County of Suffolk New York,
bounded and described as follows in the Town of Southold Tax Maps, District
1000, Section 088.00, Block 06.00, Lot 011.001, being the 51.54 foot by
200 foot right of way as described in the March 15, 1971 Van Tuyle & Son Survey
and being more formerly described in the original conveyance to Joseph F. Zevits
and his wife Elizabeth Y. Zevits in Liber 5537, Page 03 dated May 4, 1964,
" Together with a right of way over said 50-foot private road, the southerly
line of which begins at the northeasterly corner of the premises herein
described, and runs North 67 degrees 35 minutes 20 seconds West 614.82 feet to
the easterly line of another 50-foot private road, thence along said private
road to the southerly side of Bay View Road, Together with a right of way over a
certain 50-foot private road, the southerly line of which begins at the
southwesterly corner of the premises herein described and runs South 67 degrees
35 minutes 20 seconds West 414.82 feet to the easterly line of a second 50-foot
private road, and thence along said private road to the easterly side of Bay View
Road. "
This Deed is filed to .CORRECT the inaccurate description in Deed 11893
at Page 981 and recorded May 18, 1998 and to reflect that this is a
FEE TITL�VEYANCE.

TOGETHER with all right, title and interest, if any, of the party of the first part in and to any streets and roads
abutting the above described premises to the center lines thereof; TOGETHER with the appurtenances and all the
estate and rights of the party of the first part in and to said premises; TO HAVE AND TO HOLD the premises
herein granted unto the party of the second part,the heirs or successors and assigns of the party of the second part
forever.
AND the party of the first part, in compliance with Section 13 of the Lien Law, covenants that the party of the
first part will receive the consideration for this conveyance and will hold the right to receive such consideration as
a trust fund to be applied first for the purpose ofpaying the cost of the improvement and will apply the same first
to the payment of the cost of the improvement before using any part of the total of the same for any other purpose.
The word "party"shall be construed as if it read "parties" whenever the sense of this indenture so requires.
IN WITNESS WHEREOF, the party of the first part has duly executed this deed the day and year first above
written.
