THIS INDENTURE, made as of November 20~h, 2002. between Salvatore'll$ Catapano,
~, and his wife Seannc I~. Catapano, having an address at 48130 Main Road, Southold, NY
11971 (collectively rcfen~d to herein as "Grantors"), and Adam Volosik and his wife Jennifer
Gangituno, having an address at ~ o Snnndview Ave., P.O. Box 888, Rocky Point, NY I 1778
(collectively referred to as "Grantees").
WITNESSETH, that Grantors, in consideration of Ten Dollars and other
valuable consideration, the receipt and sufficiency of which hereby arc acknowledged, do hereby
grant and release unto Grantees as tenants by the entirety, and their heirs, executors,
administrators, successors and assigns forever,
ALL that certain plot, piece or parcel o~'land, with the buildings and
improvements thereon erected, situate, lying and being in thc Town of Southold,
thc County el'Suffolk, and the State of New York, being more particularly
described in Exhibit A attached hereto and made a part hereof, being and intended
to I~lgc same premises conveyed to the Grantors by deed made by Salvatorc
Catapano and Jeanne Catapano, his wile and recorded August 27, 1992, in Libcr
11527 cp 110 ( premises and more),
TOGETHER with all right, title and interest, if any, of Grantors in and to any
streets and roads abutting said premises to thc center lines thereof,
TOGETHER with the appurtenances and all.the estate and rights of Grantors in
and to said premises,
TO HAVE AND TO HOLD the premises herein grouted unto Grantees and their
heirs, executors, administrators, successors and assigns Forever.
Grantors arc thc oxvners of said premises.
Grantors covenant that Grantors have not done or suffered anything whereby said
premises have been encumber'ed in any way whatever, except as set forth herein.
Grantors, in compliance with Section 13 of the Lien Law, covenant that they will
receive the consideration for this conveyance and will hold the right to receive such consideration
as a trust fund to be applied first For the purpose of paying the cost olr the improvement before
using any parl of the total of the same for any other purpose.
