Catapano, having an address at 48130 Main Road, Southold, NY 11971 (collectively rcfen~d to herein as "Grantors"), and Adam Volosik and his wife Jennifer Gangituno, having an address at ~ o Snnndview Ave., P.O. Box 888, Rocky Point, NY I 1778 (collectively referred to as "Grantees").
