monument and North 49 degrees 14 minutes 00 seconds East 83.90 feet to a monument in the
westerly side of Peconic Lane:
THENCE along Peconic Lane, South 30 degrees 00 minutes 00 seconds East 40.75 feet to the
point or place of BEG INNING.
BEING .AND INTENDED TO BE the same premises conveyed to the party of the first part by
deed dated 5/I/90 and recorded on 5/16/90 in Liber 11068, page 274.
TOGETHER with all right, title and interest, if any, ofthe party ofthe first pan in and to any
streets and roads abutting the above described premises to the center lines thereof,
TOGETHER with the appurtenances and all the estate and righta of the party of the first part
in and to said premises,
