BEING AND INTENDED TO BE the same premises conveyed to the party of the first part by deed from N. Charles Deluca and Sylvia Deluca, dated April 17, 1997, and recorded May I, 1997, in the Office of the Suffolk County Clerk in Liber 11828, Page 294.
