ROBERT W. THOMPSON and IMOGENE D. THOMPSON, husband and wife, both residing at
3600 South Harbor Road, Southold, New York 11971
party of the first part, and
JUDY LEE CLARK, residing at 440 Riley Avenue, Mattituck, New York 11952
party of the second part,
WITNESSETH, that the party of the first part, in consideration ofTen Dollars and other valuable
consideration paid by the party of the second part, does hereby grant and release unto the party
of the second part, the heirs or successors and assigns of the party of the second part forever,

ALL THAT CERTAIN plot, piece or parcel of land, with the buildings thereon erected,
situate, lying and being at South Harbor, Southold, in the Town of Southold, County of
Suffolk and State of New York, bounded and described as follows:-
BEGINNING at a point on the westerly line of South Harbor Road at the southeasterly corner
of land of Vincent Krupski; and
RUNNING THENCE along said westerly line of South Harbor Road, south 04 degrees 00
minutes East, 72.2 feet;
THENCE along land of c. C. Morton, South 51 degrees 45 minutes West, 200.0 feet;
THENCE along land of Ethel Emerson Wortis and others, North 06 degrees 52 minutes 30
seconds West, 78.28 feet;
THENCE along aid land of Vincent Krupski, North 53 degrees 48 minutes East, 200.0 feet to
the point of BEGINNING.
BEING AND INTENDED TO BE the same premises conveyed to the party of the first part by
~deed from Imogene D. Clark Thompson dated December 13, 1965, and recorded in the
Suffolk County Clerk's Office on December 27, 1965, in Liber 5884 page 464.

ALL THAT CERTAIN plot, piece or parcel of land, situate, lying and being on the westerly
side of South Harbor Road, at Southold, Town of Southold, County of Suffolk and State of
New York, more particularly bounded and described as follows:-
BEGINNING at a point marked by a monument on the westerly side of South Harbor Road at
the northeasterly comer of land of Robert W. Thompson and Imogene D. Thompson, his wife
(Liber 5884 cp 464);
RUNNING THENCE along said land, South 53 degrees 48 minutes West, 200.0 feet;
RUNNING THENCE along land of Ethel E. Wortis, North 06 degrees 52 minutes 30 seconds
West, 21.72 feet;
RUNNING THENCE along other land of Ethel E. Wortis, North 51 degrees 45 minutes East,
200.0 feet, more or less, to the westerly side of South Harbor Road;
RUNNING THENCE South 04 degrees 09 minutes East, 27.8 feet, more or less, to the point
or place of BEGINNING.
BEING AND INTENDED TO BE the same premises conveyed to the party of the first part by
deed from Ethel E. Wortis dated December 21, 1972, and recorded in the Suffolk County
Clerk's Office on December 29, 1972, in Liber 7312 page 567.
RESERVING, HOWEVER, a legal life estate in the above-described premises with the
buildings and improvements thereon erected, in and to ROBERT W. THOMPSON and
IMOGENE D. THOMPSON, the party of the first part.
TOGETHER with all right, title and interest, if any, of the party of the first part in and to any
streets and roads abutting the above described premises to the center lines thereof; TOGETHER
with the appurtenances and all the estate and rights of the party of the first part in and to said
premises; TO HAVE AND TO HOLD the premises herein granted unto the party of the second
part, the heirs or successors and assigns of the party of the second part forever.
AND the party of the first part covenants that the party of the first part has not done or suffered
anything whereby the said premises have been encumbered in any way whatever, except as
aforesaid.
AND the party of the first part, in compliance with Section 13 of the Lien Law, c6venants that
the party of the first part will receive the consideration for this conveyance and will hold the
right to receive such consideration as a trust fund to be applied first for the purpose of paying the
t cost of the improvement and will apply the same first to the payment of the cost of the
improvement before using any part of the total of the same for any other purpose.
The word "party" shall be construed as if it read "parties" whenever the sense of this indenture so
requires.
IN WITNESS WHEREOF, the party of the first part has duly executed this deed the day and
year first above written.
