Suffolk on December 18, 1927, as Map No. 90 being more particularly bounded and described as
follows:
BEGINNING at a point on the noflherly side of Cedar Beach Road distant 100 feet westerly from
the comer formed by the intersection of the northerly side of Cedar Beach Road with the westerly side of
Paradise Point Road (sometimes referred to as "New Road"); said point being at the division line
between Lots 18 and 19 on the aforesaid amp;
RUNNING THENCE along the northerly side of Cedar Beach Road, North 76 degrees 53
minutes West, 100 feet to the division line between Lots 17 and 18;
THENCE along said division line North i 3 degrees 07 minutes East, 165 feet:
THENCE thru Lot 18, North 83 degrees 49 minutes 30 seconds East, 105.95 feet to the division
line between Lots 18 and 19; and
THENCE along said division line South 13 degrees 07 minutes West, 200 feet to the northerly
side of Cedar Beach Road at the point or place of BEGINNING.
