RUNNING THENCE North 4 degrees 14 minutes 00 seconds West 150.00 feet to land formerly of Warren
Sterling, now or formerly of Dempewolf;
THENCE along said land North 85 degrees 46 minutes 00 seconds East 100.00 feet to land now or formerly
of L. Guido, Jr.;
THENCE along said land South 4 degrees 14 minutes 00 seconds East 150 feet to the northerly side of
Sterling Road;
THENCE along said northerly side of Sterling Road, South 85 degrees 46 minutes 00 seconds West 100.00
feet to the point or place of BEGINNING.
THIS DEED is intended to convey all of the interest held by the party of the first part to the party of the.

BEING AND INTENDED TO BE the same premises conveyed to the party of the first part by deed dated
December 6, 1994 recorded in the office of the Clerk of the County of Suffolk on July 20, 1995 in Liber
