comer formed by the intemection of the Southerly side of Smith Drive North with the Easterly side of
Terry Place;
RUNNING THENCE North 80 degrees 30 minutes 00 seconds East, along the Southerly side of Smith
Drive North, 99.50 feet;
RUNNING THENCE South 9 degrees 30 minutes 00 seconds East, along the Westerly side of 106 on
said map 100 feet;
RUNNING THENCE South 80 degrees 30 minutes 00 seconds West, along the Northerly side of Lot
114 and 115 on said map 95.75 feet and;
RUNNING THENCE North 11 degrees 38 minutes 50 seconds West, 100.07 feet to the Southerly Side
of Smith Drive North and point or place of BEGINNING.
