ALL that certain plot, piece or parcel of land, situate, lying and
being in the Town of Southold, County of Suffolk and State of New
York, being further described as Lot 13 on a certain map entitled,
"Paradise by the Bay" filed in the Office of the Clerk of the County
of Suffolk on November 4, 1976 as Map No. 6463 prepared by Young &
Young Surveyors, being more particularly bounded and described as
follows:
BEGINNING at a point on the westerly side of Kimberly Lane, distant
304.53 feet southerly from the most easterly end of the arc of a curve
connecting the southerly side of Roxsnne Road and the westerly side of
Kimberly Lane;
