South ]4 degr~-s 05 minutes 10 seconds West a distance of 178,85 feet to a monument; THENCE along land now or formerly of F. Harold Sayre, two courses as follows: (1) North 70 degraes 56 minutes 10 seconds West, a distance of 140.53 feet; (2) Noah 14 degas-es 05 minutes 10 seconds East, a distance of 166.66 feet to said southerly line of North Parish Drive; THENCE along said southerly line of North Parish Drive, South 75 degrees 54 minutes 50 seconds East a dis,.nee of 140.00 feet to the point of BEGINNING. BEING AND INTENDED TO BE the same premises conveyed to the party of the first part by deed from Lois W. Mouiton dated December 31. 1979, and recorded in the Suffolk County Clerk's Office on January 10, 1980. in Liber 8760 page 465.
