BETWEEN BRTAN 3. FLZNN and BETSY 3. FL]INN, husband and wife, both residing at 3545 North
Bayview Road, Southold, New York 11971, party of the first part, and BETSY 2. I=m ~NN, residing at
3545 North Bayview Road, Southold, New York 11971, party of the second part.
WZTNESSETH, that the party of the first part, in consideration of no Dollars and other
valuable consideration paid by ghe party of the second part, does hereby grant and release unto the
party of the second part, the heirs or successors and assigns of the party of the second part forever,'
ALL THAT CERTAIN plot, piece or parcel of land, with the buildings thereon erected, situate,
lying and being at Bayview, in the Town of= Soutl!old, County of= Suffolk and State of= New York,
bounded and described as follows:
BEGINNXNG at a point on the northerly line of North Road to Bayview, 125.00 feet westerly
along said northerly line from Oeyton Road, from said point of beginning;
RUNNTNG THENCE along said northerly line, North 61 degrees 57 minutes 50 seconds West,
a distance of 105.00 feet to a monument and land conveyed or intended to be conveyed to McVicar;
THENCE, along said land conveyed or Intended to be conveyed to McVicar, North 28 degrees,
02 minutes 10 seconds East, a distance of 183.42 feet to a monument and land of Perrella;
THENCE along said land of Pen-ella, South 70 degrees 66 minutes 10 seconds East, a distance
of 106.30 feet of a monument;
THENCE along other land of F. Harold Sayre, South 28 degrees 02 minutes 10 seconds West,
a distance of= 200.00 feet to the point or place of BEGINNING.

BERING AND XNTENDED TO BE the same premises as conveyed to the party of the first part
by deed dated April 3, 2000 and recorded on April 17, ;2000, in Liber 12035, page 180, in the Office
of= the Clerk of= Suffolk County, New York.
PREMISES COMMONLY KNOWN AS: 3545 North Bayview Road, Southold, New York 11971
TOGETHER with all right, tlUe and interest, if any, of the party of the first part in and to any
streets and roads abutting the above described premises to the center lines thereof; TOGETHER with
the appurtenances and all the estate and rights of the party of the first part In and to said premises;
TO HAVE AND TO HOLD the premises herein granted unto the party of the second part, the heirs or
successors and assigns of the party of the second part forever.
AND the party of the first part covenants that the party of the first part has not done or
suffered anything whereby the said premises have been encumbered in any way whatever, except as
aforesaid.
AND the party of the first part, in compliance with Section 13 of the Lien Law, covenants that
the party of the first part will receive the consideration for this conveyance and will hold the right to
receive such consideration as a trust fund to be applied first for the purpose of paying the cost of= the
improvement and will apply the same first to the payment of the cost of the improvement before
using any part of the total of ~the same for any other purpose.
The word "party" shall be construed as if it read "parties" whenever the sense of this Indenture
so requires.
