Office of the Clerk of the County of Suffolk on June 8, 1965 as MaD No. 4362.
BEGINNING at a point at the Southeasterly corner of premises being described herein,
said point being on the division line of Lot 7 and 8;
RUNNING THENCE along the Northerly side of Harbor Lights Drive North 64 degrees 05
minutes 10 seconds West 100.00 feet;
THENCE North 25 degrees 54 minutes 50 seconds East 316.24 feet to the highwater
mark of Peconic Bay;
THENCE along said high water mark South 45 degrees 30 minutes 30 seconds East 105.50 feet;

of BEGINNING.
Said premises being known as 825 Harbor Lights Drive, Sout~hold, New York.
Being and intended to be the same pr~nises conveyed to the party of the first pa~ by
Deed dated November 18, 1998 recorded Nov(~ber 25, 1998 in Liber 11930, Page 746.
TOGETHER with all right, title and interest, if any, of the party of the first part in and to any streets and
roads abutting, the above described premises to the center lines thereof; TOGETHER with the appurtenances
and all the estate and rights 'of the party of the first part in and to said premises; TO HAVE AND TO
HOLD the premises herein granted unto the party of the second part, the heirs or successors and assigns of
the party of the second part forever.,
AND the party of the first part, in compliance with Section 13 of the Lien Law, hereby covenants that the party
of the first part will receive the consideration for this conveyance and will hold the right to receive such consid-
eration as a trust fund to be applied first for the purpose of paying the cost of the improvement and will apply
the san~e first to the payment of the cost of the improvement before using any part of the total of the same for
any other purpose.
The word "party" shall be construed, as if it read "parties" whenever the sense of this indenture so requires.
