BEING AND INTENDED TO BE the same premises conveyed to the party of the first part by deed from Bruce Beaney and John Kelly, dated January 20, 1995, and recorded February 1, 1995, in the Office of the Suffolk County Clerk in Liber 11712, Page 997.
