THE PAMELA J. WILLIAMS REVOCABLE LIVING TRUST dated October 27,
i2004, by Pamela J. Williams, Settlor'and Co-Trustee, and John O. Williams, Co-Trustee,
having an address of 4 Hayes Hill Drive, Northport, New York 11768.

WITNESSETH, that the party of the first part, in consideration often Dollars and other valuable
consideration paid by the party of the second part, does hereby grant and release unto the party of
the second part, the heirs or successors and assigns of the party of the second part forever,

BEING and intended to be the same premises conveyed to party of the first part by Deed dated
November 24, 1998 recorded December 16, 1998 in Liber 11934 page 393.

AND the party of the first pan, in compliance with Section 13 of the Lien Law, covenants that the party of the first part wilt
receive the consideration for this conveyance and will hold the right to receive such consideration as a trust fund to be
applied first for the purpose of paying the cost of the improvement and will apply thc same first to thc payment of the cost
&the improvement before using any part of thc total of the same for any other purpose.
Thc word "party" shall be construed as if it read "parties" whenever the sense of this indenture so requires.

Bayview in the Town of Southold, County of Suffolk and State of New York
more particularly bounded and described as follows:
BEGINNING at a point on the centerline of Cedar Point Drive East at the
southeasterly comer of the parcel about to be described said point and place
of beginning being North 16 degrees 24 minutes 00 seconds east a distance
of 25.27 feet to a point from the intersection formed by the southerly line of
Cedar Point Drive East with the easterly line of lot 102 as shown on a certain
map entitled "Subdvision Map of Cedar Beach Park" filed in the Office of
