THIS iNDENTURE, made as of May 30, 2001, among PAUL F. HOLMAN and
ANTONINA HOLMAN, his wife, each having an address at 447 Whittier Avenue, Levittown,
New York 11756, and PAUL J. De SIMONE and CONSTANCE M. De SIMONE, his wife, each
having an address at 43 Whittier Avenue, Medford, New York 11763, (collectively hereinafter
referred to as "Grantors"), and . CORINNE BEDNOSKI, having an
address at 2195 Henry's Lane, Peconic, New York 11958 ( hereinafter referred to as
"Grantee "). qq~ ~ '~"t
WITNESSETH, that Grantors, in consideration of Ten Dollars and other
valuable consideration, the receipt and sufficiency of which is hereby acknowledged, do hereby
grant and release unto Grantee and the heirs, executors, administrators, legal representatives,
successors and assigns of Grantee forever,
ALL that certain plot, piece or parcel of land, situate, lying and being at Peconic in the
Town of Southold, the County of Suffolk and the State of New York, known and
designated as Lot No. 40 on a certain map entitled "Map of Peconic Homes, Section 2"
and filed in the Office of the Clerk of the County of Suffolk on November 28, 1967 as
Map No. 5001; being more particularly described in Exhibit A attached hereto and made
a part hereof,
TOGETHER with all right, title and interest, if any, of Grantors in and to any streets and
roads abutting the above described premises to the center lines thereof,
TOGETHER with the appurtenances and all the estate and rights of Grantors in and to
said premises, being same Grant,s in deed in Liber 9495 cp 259.
TO HAVE AND TO HOLD the premises herein granted unto Grantee and the
heirs, executors, administrators, legal representativgs, successors and assigns of Grantee
forever.
Grantors coyenant that Grantors have not done or suffered anything whereby said
premises have been encumbered in any way whatever; except as set forth herein.
Grantors, in compliance with Section 13 of the Lien Law, covenant that Grantors
will receive the consideration for this conveyance and will hold the right to receive such
consideration as a trust fund to be applied first for the purpose of paying the cost of the
improvement before using any part of the total of the same for any other purpose.
IN WITNESS WHEREOF Grantors have duly executed this deed as of the date
