ALL that certain plot, piece or parcel of land, with the buildings and improvements thereon erected, situate, lying and being

follows:
BEGINNING at a poiut in the easterly side of Carroll Avenue distant 130 feet Southerly from a corner formed by tile
intersection of the Southerly side of Middle Road with the Easterly side of Carroll Avenue;
RUNNING THENCE Easterly along the Southerly line of land now or formerly of R.P. Vail, 280 feet to a point;
TItENCE Southerly along the Westerly line of'land now or formerly of Konarski, 77.4 feet more or less to a point;
THENCE Westerly along the Northerly line of land now or formerly ofJ. C. Case Estate, 278 feet more or less, to the
Easterly side of Carroll Avenue;
THENCE Northerly along tile Easterly side of Carroll Avenue, 89.8 feet more or less, to the point of place of BEGINNING
THE GRANTORS herein being the same persons as the named Grantees by deed dated the 23rd day of June, nineteen
hundred and ninety-nine, recorded 7/16/99 in Liber 11976 page 607.
SAID premises being known as and by 2050 Carroll Avenue, Peconic, New York.
TOGETHER with all right, title and interest, if any, of the party of the first part has not done or suffered anything whereby
the said premises,have been encumbered in any way whatever, except as aforesaid. .
