The real property abovo described is a Unit shown on the plans of a Condominium prepared and certified by Robert
Tast, Architect, and maps filed by Young & Young, Licensed Surveyor, and filed in Offce of the Clerk of Suffolk
County on the 25th day of Augnst, 1989, as Map No. 219, defined in the Declaration of Condominium entitled, "The
Cove at Southold Condominium" made by The Cove at Southold, Inc., under Article 9-B of the New York Real
Property Law dated 25th day of August, 1989, and recorded in the Office ofthe Clerk of Suffolk County on tho 25th
day ofAugust. 198~, in tiber ! 0917 of Conveyances, at Page 477, covering the property therein described. The land
area oftbe property is described in said Decimation of Condominium recorded in tiber 10917 page 477.

February 2, 1998, recorded in the Office ofthe Clerk oftha County of Suffolk on March 17, 1998, at tiber 11883,

SAID PREM18F,8 being known and designated as District 1000, Section 087.01, Block 01.00, Lot 026.000 on the
Suffolk County Land and Tax Map, and by the street address 26 Meadow Court, Sonthold, NY 11971.
TOGETHER with all right, title and interest, if any, of the party of the first part in and to any streets and roads
abutting the above described premises to the center lines thereof; TOGETHER with the appurtenances and all the
estate and rights of the party ofthe first part in and to said premises; TO HAVE AND TO HOLD the premises
herein granted unto the party of thc second part, the heirs or sucecssors and assigns ofthe party ofthe second part
forever.
AND the party of the first part covenants that the party of the first part has not done or suffered anything whereby
the said premises have been encumbered in any way whatever, except as aforesaid.

part will receive the consideration for this conveyance and will hold the riaht to receive such consideration as a trust
