RUNNING THENCE from said point or place ofbeginning along the northerly side of
Clearview Avenue the following two courses and distsnces:
I) North 69 degrees 08 minutes 30 seconds WesL 83.62 feet;.
2) North 66 delp~es 00 minutes West, I 1.39 feet to the easterly boundary line of Map of
Fairview Park (Map 3388);
THENCE along'said boundary line, Noah 9 degrees 40 minuti~s 40 seconds East, 140.1M feel
to the division line belween Lots l0 and I I on Map of Smithfield Park first above mentioned;
RUNNING THENCE along said division line, South 80 degrees 19 minutes 20 seconds East,
150.0 feet to the westerly side of Breitstadt Court;
RUNNING THENCE along the westerly side of Brei~adt Court, South 20 degn.'~s 5 I
minutes 30 seconds WesL 142.08 feet to the northerly end of the c. urve first above mentioned; and
THENCE along said curve beating to the tight in a southwesterly direction a distance of
39.29 feet to the northerly side of Clearview Avenue, the point or place of BEGINNING.
