West, a distance o£ 200.0 feetg running thence along land of Sarah E. Ga:eh on a linc parallel
with said southerly line of Pine Neck Road. South 82 degrees 37 minutes I0 seconds West. a
distance of 100.0 fo:t to said land of MacNish: ruuning thence along said land of MacNish. North

The grantors herein are the grantees in a certain deed dated March 12, 2002 between Frederick P.
Mazzaferro and Kathryn 3'. Mazzaferro. his wife, as grantors (parents of grantees} and
themselves, ~ that this transfer was a air from the grantors to the grantees. The grant~'5
herein rej,~ct and refuse to accept said gif~ and by their conveyance remm the properly to
Frederick P. Mazzatitrro and Kathryn Y. Mazzaferro. 'Ihat there is no consideration being made
between the Parties.
Being and intended to be he same premises conveyed to the party of the tirst part by deed dated
b4areh 12, 2002 and n.~orded on April 25. ?0C,2 in Liber 12182, page 616 in tl',e Suffolk County
Clerks Office.
TOGETHER with all right, title and imerest, if any. of the party of the first part in and to any
streets and roads abutting thc above deserihed premises to the center lines thereof,
TOGETItER with the appurtenances and all the estate and rights of the party of the first part
in and to said premises,
