BEGINNING at a point on the easterly boundary line of land of Goubeaud adjoining lan,
formerly of William H. Keynack, 515.0 feet southerly along said boundary line from
the southerly line of Pine Neck ROad, being northwesterly corner of the premises and
the southwesterly corner of land of Howard B.Quarty and wife (Lot 3); and running
along said land (Lot 3) on a line at right angles to said boundary line, South 83
degrees 14 minutes 10 seconds East a distance of 120.0 feet to the westerly line of
a proposed highway to be known as "Park Way"; thence along said westerly line of
"Park Way", 2 courses as follows;
