WHEREAS, on June 12, 1984, the party of the first part, conveyed title to the within premises to
Kevin K. Whitrock by deed recorded in Liber 9583 page 349 in the Suffolk County Clerk's Office on June
18, 1984; and
WHEREAS, on April 23, 1985, the party of the first part corrected the conveyance made by deed
dated June 12, 1984 to include the retention of a life estate and recorded such correction deed in Liber
9788 page 49 in the Suffolk County Clerk's Office May 10, 1985; and
WHEREAS, Kevin K. Whitrock specifically consented to the retention of the life tenancy by the party
of the first part in the correction deed; and
WHEREAS, the party of the first part, by this deed, now wishes to convey to Kevin K. Whitrock
and Margaret E. Whitrock, his wife, her remaining life tenancy;
WITNESSETH, that the party of the first part, in consideration of Ten Dollars and other valuable
consideration paid by the party of the second part, does hereby grant and release unto the party of the
second part, the heirs or successors and assigns of the party of the second part forever,
ALL that certain plot, piece or parcel of land, with the buildings and improvements thereon erected, situate,
lying and being at Mattituck, Town of Southold, Suffolk County and State of New York, bounded and
described as follows:
BEGINNING a the northwest corner hereof at a monument set on the southerly line of a 50 foot strip of land
conveyed by Laetitia Reeve, J. Wickham Reeve, Ruth E. Booth, Carrie H. Tuthill and Lizzie R. Hallack to
Leone D. Howell, which point or place of beginning is distant 113.98 feet westerly from the westerly line
of land now or formerly of Norris where said land adjoins the southerly line of
said 50 foot strip of land;
RUNNING THENCE South 890 09 ' East along said 50 foot strip of land
36.40 feet to a monument and the westerly line of land now or formerly
of M.F. Norris;
THENCE South 70 121 30t1 East along said last mentioned land 602 .94
feet to the ordinary high water mark of Great Peconic Bay;
THENCE North 880 44' 1011 West along said ordinary high water mark of
Great Peconic Bay (tie line) 40. 37 feet to the easterly line of land
now or formerly of A. D. Lasoelle;
THENCE North 60 491 1011 West along said last mentioned land 603 .88
feet to a monument set at the southerly line of said 50 foot strip of
land at the point or place of BEGINNING.
