surveyed December 10, 1958 by Otto W. Van Tuyl & Son, Ucensed Surveyors, Greenl)ort, N.Y. end filed in
the Office of the Clerk of the County of Suffolk on January 22, 1959 as Map No. 2910, bounded and described
as follows:
BEGINNING at the comer formed by the intersecUon of the southeasterly side of Gin Lane and the
northeasterly side of Mid Way;,
RUNNING THENCE North 37 degrees 54 minutes 10 seconds East along the southeasterly side of Gin Lane
125.00 feet to a point;
THENCE South 52 degrees 05 minutes 50 seconds East 125.00 feet to a point;
THENCE South 37 degrees 54 minutes 10 s__,_,,_~_~_ ds West, 125.00 feet to the northeasterly side of mid Way;,
THENCE North 52 degrees 05 minutes 50 seconds West along the northeasterly side of Mid Way 125.00 feet
to the point or place of BEGINNING.
BEING AND INTENDED TO BE the same premises conveyed to the parties of the first part by deed made
from UNITARIAN UNIVERSALIST ASSOCIATION, es Trustee of the LEONORE SOFIE STERNETI-T 1996
Charitable Remainder Annuity Trust dated 04/15/97 and recorded on 04/25/97 in Liber 11827 at Page 400.
TOGETHER with all right, title and interest, If any, of the party of the first part In and to any streets and roads
abutting the above described premises to the center lines thereof'. TOGETHER with the appurtenances end all
the estate and rights of the party of the first part in and to said premises; TO HAVE AND TO HOLD the
xemisas herein granted unto the party of the second part, the heirs or successors and assigns of the party of
the second part forever.
AND the party of the first part covenants that the party of the flint part has not done or suffered anything
whereby the said premises have been encumbered in any way whatever, except as aforesaid.
AND the party of the first part, in compliance with Seclton 13 of the Lien Law, covenants that the party of the
first part will receive the consideration for this conveyance and will hold tho right to receive such consideration
as a trust fund to be applied first for the purpose of paying the cost of the improvement and will apply the same
first to the payment of the cost of the improvement before using any part of the total of the sams for any other
purpose. The word 'party" shall be construed as if it read 'parties" whenever the sense of this indenture so
requires.
