THIS INDENTURE, made this 12VI"day of January, nineteen hundred and ninety-eight -1 BETWEEN ROY E. DeMEO and ANTOINETTE DeMEO, being married to each other and residing at 3870 Stillwater Avenue Cutchogue, NY 11935, party of the first part, and ROY E. DeMEO and ANTOINETTE DeMEO, as Tenants-In-Common and residing at 3870 Stillwater Avenue Cutchogue, NY 11935 party of the second part, WITNESSETH, that the party of the fast part, in consideration of ten dollars and other valuable consideration paid by the party of the second part, does hereby grant and release unto the party of the second part, the heirs or successors and assigns of the party of the second part forever, ALL that certain plot, piece or parcel of land, with the buildings and improvements thereon erected, situate, lying and being at Cutchogue,Town of Southold, Suffolk County, New York, known and designated as lots numbered 98 and 99 on a certain map entitled, "Map of Section Two, Property of M.S. Hand situate at Cutchogue, Suffolk County, New York," made by Otto W. Van Tuyl from surveys completed March 23, 1939, and filed in the Suffolk County Clerk's Office on May 12, 1939 as Map No. 1280. TOGETHER with a right-of-way thirty(30)feet in width running between Stillwater Avenue and Eugene Creek and being located opposite Track Avenue for access to and from Eugene Creek by foot only. TOGETHER with all the right, title and interest of the Parties of the first part of, in and to Stillwater Avenue adjacent to said premises to the center line thereof. Said premises being known by the street address 3870 Stillwater Avenue (f/k/a 3620 Stillwater Avenue), Cutchogue, NY 11935. This deed is made without consideration. BEING AND BVTENDED TO BE the same premises described in the deed of the parties of the first part herein by deed from Roy E. DeMeo, dated January 6, 1989, recorded in the Suffolk County Clerk's Office on January 9, 1989, in Liber 10772, Page 501. Dist. TOGETHER with all right, title and interest, if any,of the party of the first part in and to any streets and roads abutting 1000 the above described premises to the center lines thereof; TOGETHER with the appurtenances, and also all the estate Sec. and rights of the party of the first part in and to said premises; TO HAVE AND TO HOLD the premises herein. 137.00 granted unto the party of the second part, the heirs or successors and assigns of the party of the second part forever.
