TOGETHER with an easement in common with others for ingress and egress over a 25 foot right-of-way from

BEING AND INTENDED TO BE a part of the premises conveyed to the parties of the first part by deed from
Raymond Jay Akscin dated 7/23/99 and recorded 7/28/99 in Liber 11978 cp 816.
TOGETHER with all right, title and interest, if any, of the party of the. first part in and to any streets and roads
abutting the above described premises to the center lines thereof; TOGETHER with the appurtenances and all
the estate ancl rights of the party of the first part in and to said premises; TO HAVE AND TO HOLD the
premises herein granted unto the party of the sacond pm't, the heirs or succas.ors and assigns of the party of
