follows:
BEGINNING at a point on the southerly side of North Cross Road, 175.00 feet east of an intersection of said southerly
line of North Cross Road with the easterly line of West Creek Avenue; and from said point of beginning;
RUNNING THENCE North 86 degrees 03 minutes 40 seconds East, 70 feet along said southerly line of North Cross Road
to a point'
THENCE on a curve to the right having a radius of 55.0 feet, a distance along said curve of 86.39 feet to a point on the
westerly line of Holden Avenue;
THENCE South 3 degrees 56 minutes 20 seconds East, 145.0 feet along the westerly side of Holden Avenue to a point
and land of Todebush;
THENCE along said land of Todebush, South 86 degrees 03 minutes 40 seconds West, 125.0 feet to land of Spillane;
THENCE along said land North 3 degrees 56 minutes 20 seconds West, 200 feet to the point or place of BEGINNING.

AND the party of the first part covenants that the party of the first part has not done or suffered anything whereby the said
premises have been incumbered in any way whatever, except as aforesaid.
AND the party of the first part, in compliance with Section 13 of the Lien Law, covenants that the party of the first part
will receive the consideration for this conveyance and will hold the right to receive such consideration as a trust fund to
be applied first for the purpose of paying the cost of the improvement and will apply the same first to the payment of the
cost of improvement before using any part of the total of the same for any other purpose.
The word "party" shall be construed as if it read "parties" whenever the sense of this indenture so requires.
