SAID premises being commonly known as 870 Rambler Road, Southold, New York. BEING AND INTENDED TO BE the same premises as those conveyed to the grantor herein by deed dated August 28, 2003 and recorded in the Suffolk County Clerk's Office on October 2, 2003 in Liber 12275 at page 695.
