Office of the Clerk of the County of Suffolk on December 29"', 1958 as Map #2901, said Lot being
bounded end described as follows: BEGINNING at a point on the northerly side of Rambler Road
distant 473.18 feet easterly from the e .xtmme easterly end of the a m of a curve connecting the easterly
side of Pleasant Place with the northerly side of Rambler Road; THENCE North 29 degrees 04 minutes
42 seconds West, 143.44 feet; THENCE North 64 degrees 40 minutes 25 seconds East, 111.80 feet;
THENCE South 28 degrees 45 minutes 41 seconds East, 153.15 feet to the northerly side of Rambler
Road; THENCE westerly along the northedy side of Rambler Road, along an arc of a curve bearing
to the left having a radius of 375.00 feet, a distance alo. ng ~iaid curve of 112.43 feet to the point or place
of BEGINNING.
SAID premises being commonly known as 870 Rambler Road, Southold, New York.
BEING AND INTENDED TO BE the same premises as those conveyed to the grantor herein by deed
dated August 28, 2003 and recorded in the Suffolk County Clerk's Office on October 2, 2003 in Liber
12275 at page 695.
TOGETHER with all right, title and interest, if any. of the party of the first pad in and to any streets and roads
abutting the above described premise~ to the center lines thereof; TOGETHER with the appurtenances and all the
estate and dghts of the party of the first part in and to said premises; TO HAVE AND TO HOLD the premises
herein granted unto the party of the second pad, the heirs or successors and assign,, of the party of the second
AND the party of the first part covenants that the pady of the first pad has not done or suffered anything whereby
the said premises have been encumbered in any way whatever, except as aforesaid.
AND the party of Ihs first part in compliance with Section 13 of the L'.mn Law, covenants that the party of the first

fund to be applied first for the purpose of paying the cost of the improvement and will apply the same first to the
