This letter states that the above mentioned Project will have R30 insulation being installed
in all the ceilings, and R15 insulation being installed in all the wall cavities. A Energy
Calculation is not needed for this struclure since it is an existing structure that no
"Substm~tial alterations" are being performed as defined in Sec 101.4.4.2 of the "2007
Energy Conservation Construction Code of The State Of New York". Any questions
