BEING and intended to be the same premises as described under deed dated August 7, 1998, and
recorded in the Suffolk County Clerk's Office on August 19, 1998, under Liber 11912, Page 81.
TOGETHER with all right, rifle and inte~ if any, of the party of the first pan in and to any streets and roads
abutting the above described premises to the center lines thereoP, TOGETHER with the appurtenances and all the
estate and fights of the party of the first part in and to said premises; TO HAVE AND TO HOLD the premises
herein granted unto the party of the second part; the heirs or successors and assigns of the party of the second part
forever.
AND the party of the first part covenants that the party of the first part has not done or suffered any*hing whereby
the said premises have been enannbered in any way whatever, except as aforesaid.
AND the party of the first part, in compliance with Section 13 of the Lien Law, covenants that the party of the first
pan will receive the consideration for this conveyance and will hold the fight to receive such consideration as a
trust fund to he applied first for the propose of paying the cost of the improvement and will apply the same first to
the payment of the cost of the improvement before using any pan of the total of the same for any other purpose.
The word "party" shall be construed as ff it read "parties" whenever the sense of this indentnre so requires.

thereon erected, situate, lying and being in the Town of Southold, County of Suffolk and
State of New York, bounded and described as follows:
BEGINNING on the easterly line of Oaklawn Avenue at a point distant 475 feet
southerly from a monument at the southwesterly comer of the land known as the
Presbyterian Cemetery; and
RUNNING THENCE at right angles to said easterly line of Oaklawn Avenue easterly
along land now or formerly of George H. Wells a distance of 208 feet to a point;
