TOGETHER with all right, title and interest, if any, of the part:,, of the first part in and to any streets and

AND the party of the first part covenants that the party of the first part has not done or suffered anything
whereby the said premises have been incumbered in any way whatever, except as aforesaid.
AND THE party ofthe first pm't, in compliance with Section 13 ofthe Lien Law, covenants that the party
of the first part will receive the consideration for this conveyance and will hold the right to receive such
consideration as a trust fund to be applied first for the purpose of paying the cost of the improvement, and
will apply the same first to the payment of thc cost of the improvement before using any part of the total of
the same for any other purpose. The word "party" shall be construed as if it read "parties" whenever the
sense of this indenture so requires.

Greenport, Town of Southold, County of Suffolk and State of New York, known and designated as Lot No.
2 as shown on a certain map entitled, "Map of Urban and Urban" filed in the Office of the Clerk of Suflblk
County of May 10, 2005 as Map No. 11258. Said lot is more particularly bounded and described, according
to said nmp, as follows:
BEOINNINO at a point on thc westerly side of Fourth Street distant 50.32 feet south of' thc comer
formed by the intersection of the southerly side of Flint Street with the westerly side of Fourth Street, sa/d
point also being ~vhere the division line between lo~s I and 2 on the aforementioned map intersect the
westerly side of Fourth Street.
RUNNINO THENCE from said point of beginning along the westerly side of Fourth Street, South 7
degrees 17 minutes 30 ,seconds West, 50.32 feet
THENCE North 82 degrees 46 minutes 10 minutes West, 155.95 feet to a point;
THENCE North 7 degrees 17 minutes 30 seconds East, 50.26 feet to the division line between lots I
and 2.
THENCE along last mentioned division line, South 82 degrees 48 minutes 40 seconds East, 155.95
feet to the westerly side of Fourth Street at the point or place of BEGINNING.
