sufficiency of which hereby are acknowledged, does hereby grant and re, least unto
the party of the second part, the heirs or suctessors and mips of the party of the
second part forever,
ALL that certain plot, piece or parcel of land, with the buildings and improvements
thereon erected, situate, lying and being in the
Incorporated Village of Greenport, Town of Southold, County of'Suffolk, and State of
New York, being more particularly bounded and described as follows:

BEING AND INTENDED to be the same premises described in the deed to the .rantor
recorded in the Suffolk County Clerk's Office in Liber 12249 Page 640.
TOGETH ER with aU fight, title and interesk if any, of the party of the first part in
and to any slreets and roads abutting the above described premises to the center
lines thereof; TOGETH ER with the appurtenances and all the estate and rights of
the party of the first part in and to such premises; TO HAVE AND TO HOLD the
premises herein granted unto the party of the second part, the heirs or successors
and tuigns of the party of the second part forever.

ALL that certain plot, piece or parcel of land, situate, lying and being in the Village of Greenport, Town of
Southold, County of Suffolk and State of New York, bounded and described as follows:
BEGINNING at a point on the Easterly side of Sixth Street distant 100.14 feet Southerly imm the corner
formed by the East side of Sixth Street with the South side of Flint Street being where the same is intersected
by the Southerly side of land now or formerly of BARBARA STROI(OFF;
RUNNING THENCE South 82 degrees 46 minutes 20 seconds East along said land of Ship and later along
land of Lyburt, 166.14 feet to land now or formerly of COX;
RUNNING THENCE along said land, South 7 degrees ].8 minutes 20 seconds West, 50.13 feet to land now or
formerly of SALAD[NO;
RUNNZNG THENCE along said land North 82 degrees 46 minutes 20 seconds West, 166.14 feet to the
Easterly side of Sixth Street;
RUNNZNG THENCE North 7 degrees 18 minutes 20 seconds East along the Easterly side of Sixth Street,
50.07 feet to the point or place of BEGTNNZNG.

AND the party of the first part covenants that the party of the first part has not
done or suffered anything whereby the said premises have been encumbered in any
way whatever, except as aforesaid.
AND the party oftbe first part, in compliance with Section 13 of the Lien Law,
covenants that the party of the first part will receive the consideration for this
conveyance and will hold the fight to receive such consideration as a trust fund to be
applied first for the purpose of paying the cost of the improvement and will apply
the same first to the payment of the cost of the improvement before using any part
of the total of the same for any other purpose. The word "party" shall be construed
as if it read "parties" whenever the sense ofthb indenture so requires.
