Harold Sayre; THENCE along said land of Sayre, two courses ns follows: I. South 66 degrees 00 minutes 30 seconds West a distant of 50 feet, more or less, to a monument. 2. South 79 degrees 04 minutes 30 seconds West a distance of 144 feet to a monument on said northeasterly side of Calves Neck Road; THENCE along said northeasterly side of Calves Neck Road, Noflh 45 degrees 01 minutes 30 seconds West a distance of 60 feet to the point or place of BEGINNING. Premises being known as 1775 Calves Neck Road, Southold, New York BEING AND INTENDED TO BE the same premises conveyed to the party of the first part by deed dated October 5, 1990 recorded in the Office of the Clerk of the County of Suffolk on October 22, 1990 in Liber 11157 page 539. TOGETHER with all right, title and interest, if any, of the party oftbe first pa~t in and to any streets and roads abutting the above described premises to the center lines thereof. TOGETHER with the appurtenances and all the eslate and righls of the party of the first pan in and to said premises.
