with the north side of Brower Road, said point of beginning being the
northeasterly corner .of land now or formerly of Duhnowski and from
said point of beginning;
RUNNING THENCE along said land now or formerly of Duhnowski, South
71 degrees 42 minutes 40 seconds West, 135 . 00 feet to a concrete
monument and land of Schmidt;
THENCE along said land of Schmidt and along land now or formerly of
Cuddy, North 11 degrees 17 minutes 20 seconds 'West, 100 . 00 feet to
a concrete monument and land now or formerly of Koch;
THENCE along said land now or formerly of Koch, North 71 degrees 42
minutes 40 seconds East, 135 . 00 feet to a concrete monument on said
westerly side of Woodcliff Drive;
THENCE along said westerly side of Woodcliff Drive, South 11 degrees
17 minutes 20 seconds East, 100 . 00 feet to the point or place of

BEING AND INTENDED TO BE the same premises conveyed to the party of
the first part by deed dated 1/18/94 and recorded 1/31/94 in Liber
DIST 11662 cp. 674 .

eration as a trust fund to be applied first for the purpose of paying the cost of the improvement and will apply
the same first to the payment of the cost of the improvement before using any part of the total of the same for
any other,purpose..
The word '.party" shall be construed as if it read "parties" whenever the sense of this indenture so requires.
