as Executor of the Last Will and Testament of HELEN SCHRIEFER
late of Suffolk County, deceased, Suffolk County Surrogate's Court Fi!.e No. 1868P2004, Helen Schriefer
being the surviving tenant by the entirety of Clifford Schriefer who died on 2/11/1997

WlTNESSETH, that the party of the first part, by virtue of the power and authority given in and by said last
will and testament and in consideration of TEN (S10.00) ......
dollars, paid by the pa.,ty ofthe second part, does hereby grant and release unto the party of thc second part,
the heirs or successors and assigns of the party ofthe second part forever,
ALL that certain plot, piece or parcel of land, situate, lying and being at Southoid, County of Suffolk
and State of Nmv York, more particularly bounded and described as follows:
BEGINNING at a point on the westerly line of Gardiners Lane, 208.29 feet northerly along said westerly linc
from Clearview Avenue West; from said point of bcgiuning running North 75 degrees 00 minutes 30 seconds
West 198.76 feet to land of Zazeeki; thence along said land of 7aTecki, North 14 degrees 32 minutes 20
seconds East 100.0 feet to an iron pipe and land of Hull; thence along said land of Hull, South 75 degrees 00
minutes 30 seconds East 197.46 feet to an iron pipe on said xvesterly line of Gardiners Lane; thence along
said westerly line two courses: 1. South 14 degrees 59 minutes 30 seconds West 48.52 feet; thence 2. South
12 degrees 40 minutes 30 seconds West 51.51 feet to the point of BEGINNING.
BEING AND INTENDED TO BE the same premises ennvcyed to the party of the first part and Clifford
Schriefer, deceased on ~11/1997, by deed dated September 26, 1967 recorded in the Office of the Clerk of
the County of Suffolk on October 2, 1967 in Liber 6230 at page 439.
TOGETHER with all right, title and interest, if any, of the party of the first part in and to any streets and
roads abutting the above described premises to the center lines thereof; TOGETHER with the
appurtenances, and also all the estate which the said decedent had at the time of the deeedent's death in said
ipremises, and also the estate therein, which thc party of the first part has or has power to convey or dispose
of, whether individual, or otherwise.:
TO HAVE AND TO HOLD lite premises herein granted unto the pan'y of the second pan, the heirs or
successors and assigns of the pm'ty of the second part forever.
AND the patty of the first part covenants that the party of the first pa~ has not done or suffered anything
whereby the said premises have been incumbered in any way whatever, except as aforesaid.
AND THE pa_~y of the first ~ in compliance with Scetion 13 of the Lien Law, covenants that the party of
the first part will receive the consideration for this conveyance and will hold thc right Io lx'ceive such
consideration as a trust fund to be applied first for the purpose of paying thc cost of the improvement, and
will apply thc same first to the payment of the cost of the improvement before using any part of the total of
thc same for any other purpose.
The word "party" shall be construed as if it mad "parties~ whenever the sense of this indenture so requires.
