Each building contains three units ranging in size from 2,700 s.f. to 2,958 s.f. The site plan also includes the conversion of an existing single family residence into three (3) affordable housing units, one at 891 s.f., and two at 1,121 s.f., a 370 s.f. detached garage, a two-story, 2,246 s.f. amenities building and a swimming pool and deck area covering 2,887 s.f. on a 6.75 acre parcel in the Hamlet Status: Review amended site plan application materials. Action: Consider accepting site plan application with revisions, and beginning the Project name: Peconic Landing Caf~ SCTM#: 1000-35-1-25 Location: 1205 NYS Route 25, Greenport Description: This amended site plan is for the proposed construction of a 1,850 sq. ft. addition to the existing Community Center Caf~ area, new outdoor terrace and 17 land-banked parking spaces at the Community Center on Status: Approved, Pending Final Inspection Action: Approve final inspection. Jr. SCTM#: 1000-102-5-9.4 Description: Standard subdivision proposes to subdivide a 2.38 acre parcel into 3 lots where Lot 1 equals .624 acres, Lot 2 equals .629 acres, Lot 3 equals .621 acres and Lot 4 equals .515 acres. The parcel is located in the Hamlet Business Zoning District. Status: Open Action: Review request for application fee rollover. Attachments: 12/29/08 letter from Abigail Wickham, Esq. Project name: Bayberry Estates SCTM#: 1000-56-1-1,55-6-35 & 36 Location: West side of Laurel Avenue, 140' south of Yennecott Drive, in Southold Description: This is a standard subdivision to subdivide 50.0609 acres into 18 lots and two (2) open space parcels, where the lots range in size from 30,029 sq. ft. to 32,747 sq. ft. The open space parcels total 26.4348 acres and the Action: Up-date on moving towards Preliminary Approval Attachments: Letter to Applicant Project name: Torrell - Lot Line Change SCTM#: 1000-33-2-10 &l 1 Location: 365 Westwood Lane, Greenport, 300 feet north of Homestead Way Description: This lot line change will reduce Parcel 1 (SCTM#1000-33-2-10) by 2,430 sq. ft. to create as far a setback as possible for the proposed dwelling from the wetlands. Parcel 1 existing area size is 21,458 sq. ft., and after the lot line modification, it will be 19,028 sq. ft. Parcel 2 (SCTM#1000- 33-2-11) will increase in size after the lot line modification from 24,756 sq. ft. to 27,186 sq. ft. These parcels are located in the R-40 Zone. Action: Issuing Neg.
