I am aware that the wooden structure with utilities located on the north side of the Keogh property as shown by the survey of Stanley J. Isaksen, Jr. dated 7/12/07 contained a residential unit on the east end thereof. Said area was commonly referred to by the Keogh's as the "studio" and was used for residential purposes since about 1953 and has been used for residential purposes on an uninterrupted basis from the early 1950's to date.
