County of Suffolk and State of New York, known and designated on a certain map entitled "Map of Wiggins Estate" made
May 1853 and signed by Nathaniel Corwin. sidn,:y L. Griffing and J. Wickham Case, Commissioners in partition and
filed in the Office of the Clerk of the C~ounty of SulTolk as and by the Lot Numbers 120 and 121 and describes with
reference to said map as follows:
BEGINNING at thc comer formed by the interscction of the northerly side of Clark Street with the easterly side of Sixth
