prepared and certified and recorded in the Office of the Clerk of the County of Suffolk on the
19th day of October, 1989, as Map No. 222, defined in the Declaration of Condominium entitled,
Pipes Cove Condominium made by Howard Enterprises, Inc., under Article 9-B of the New
York Real Property Law dated October 16, 1989 in Liber 10950, page 287 covering the property
therein described. The land area of the property described ad follows:

land now or formerly of Greenhalgh:

of Sixth Street, 230.00 feet to land now or formerly of the Village of Greenport;
THENCE South 29 degrees 05 minutes 40 seconds West along last mentioned land
86.08 feet to a point;

feet to a point;
THENCE SoUth 46 degrees 30 minutes 00 seconds West 338.30 feet to a point;
THENCE North 33 degrees 43 minutes 20 seconds East 101.47 feet to land now or
