Town of Southold, in the County of Suffolk and State of New York known and designated on a
certain Map of the "Wiggins Estate' signed by .1. Wlckham Case, Sidney. L. Griffin and Nathaniel
Corwin, Conimissioners in Partition, as and by the number one hundred and eighty-four (184)
bounded as follows:
Said lot being more particularly bounded & described as follows;
Beginning at a point on the westerly side of Sixth Street distant southerly 503 feet as measured
along same from the corner formed by the intersection of the westerly side of Sixth Street with the
southerly side of Linnet Street.
