erected, situate, lying and being at Peconic, Town of Southold, Suffolk County and State of New
York, which tract is a part of portion of the lands described and shown on a certain map entitled,
"Map of Acres of Diamonds, Inc., situate at Peconic, Suffolk County, New York," surveyed
October 28, 1932 by Otto W. Van Tuyl, surveyor and filed in the Office of the Clerk of the
County of Suffolk June 12, 1933 as Map No. 1128, which u-act is described as follows:
BEGINNING at a point on the Easterly line of a 33 foot private road leading from Sound View
Avenue, as shown on a Map entitled, "Map of Acres of Diamonds, Inc.," filed in the Suffolk
County Clerk's Office as Map No. 1128, said point being 146.68 feet Northerly along said
Easterly line from Sound View Avenue;
RUNNING THENCE along said Easterly line of said 33 foot private road North 19 degrees 05
minutes 20 seconds West, 87.33 feet to land of Siraeusano;
THUc, NCE along said land of Siracusano, North 57 degrees 37 minutes 50 seconds East, 154.71
(deed) (157.41 feet, actual) feet to land formerly of Tisdale;
THENCE along said land formerly of Tisdale, South 42 degrees 00 minutes 40 seconds East,
